This Sunday's Theme:

"Flip or Flop!"

John 2:13-22

In-person and Live Stream to Facebook and YouTube at 10:30 AM

Do you remember that Beatles song, “All You Need is Love,” When that song comes into my head, I like sing to myself, “All you need is Jesus!” You see, in Jesus we have all of the perfect love for our lives. Love that is constantly present – love that forgives – love that saves – love that transforms. Don’t get me wrong… the world could stand to offer a lot more love to one another. We’ve become a pretty angry and hateful place. But perhaps we need to focus on the foundation and presence of that love. Do you need Jesus? Do you know someone who does?

In this week’s scripture, Jesus goes to work on the Temple in Jerusalem. But is he going to clean it up to flip it or will he allow it to flop? If you’re a fan of HGTV, you are asking yourself that question all the time about properties. Join us this Sunday as we look at whether the Temple will “Flip or Flop!” If you are reading ahead, the scripture is John 2: 13-22.

Join us after worship for our Baptism Class. If you have questions about infant baptism, adult baptism or how to go about getting a child baptized, then we would love to have you join us for the class. It meets at noon following worship and lasts for about 45 minutes.

BASE Life/Confirmation will meet this Sunday, but we are changing it up a bit. The group will walk over to Black Rock Coffee for their gathering and meeting. Coffees are on us this week!

I look forward to seeing you on Sunday as we gather for the beginning of Lent 3! We are one-third of the way to Easter!

Pastor Steve
