Envelope Users: Offertory envelopes can be placed in collection baskets during weekend Masses, mailed to the Parish Office, or dropped in the office mailbox.
Online Donations: Click the Make a Donation button on the Homepage of the parish website to give electronically one-time or make a recurring gift (or click on the button below).

Mass, Confessions & Pastoral Office Holiday Schedule
The 5:30 pm Mass & Confessions will not be held on Saturday, Jan. 1.
Our regular Sunday Mass schedule will be held on Sunday, Jan. 2.
A 9:00 am Mass will be held on Saturday, Jan. 1, for the Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God (Not observed as a holy day of obligation this year.).

New Bereavement Sessions Beginning
St. Luke Church will offer a daytime, eight-week Bereavement Support Program for those who have lost someone dear. The program is open to all faiths, and is non-threatening, caring and loving toward those who have suffered a loss. The two-hour sessions will begin on Thursday, Jan. 6, and continue weekly on Thursdays through Feb. 24.
Sessions will be held at 10:00 am in the Parish Resource Center (located in the Rectory). The only cost involved is $12.00 for the workbook. Reservations are required so that we will have the necessary supplies. Please call the Pastoral Office at (626) 291-5900.

First Friday Masses & Adoration
First Friday Morning Mass on Jan. 7 will be held at 9:00 am. Adoration will be held 9:00 am-Noon in the Chapel in the Pastoral Office. First Friday Evening Mass will be held at 7:00 pm in the church. Adoration Chapel is open weekdays, 8:00 am-4:30 pm. Hour of Devotion weekdays at 3:00 pm (Virtual and in-person).

Paper Drive Fundraiser
The Paper Drive Bin for recycled items will be on campus Friday, Jan. 7, (6:00-8:00 pm) Saturday, Jan. 8, and Sunday, Jan. 9, (8:00 am-7:00 pm, daily) in the North Parking Lot. Newspapers, books, magazines and cardboard boxes are welcome.

Enthronement Weekend: Jan. 8-9
Parishioner are invited to participate in a Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Packets will be distributed on the weekend of Jan. 8-9. They will include a beautiful picture of Jesus and Mary, prayers, enthronement scroll, and instructions. You are encouraged to frame the picture and then come together as a family to place the picture in a place of honor. Together, you are encouraged to say the prayers to enthrone the Sacred Heart of Jesus in your home and consecrate your family to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Senior Citizen Bingo
Join us for fun and fellowship! The next Senior Citizen Bingo will be Monday, Jan. 10, at Noon in the Parish Hall. Cards are $3 each or 2 for $5, and they are good for the afternoon.
Bingo games will follow lunch. We invite everyone to bring a sack lunch or fast-food lunch. Coffee and cupcakes will be provided. There will also be a 50/50 Raffle. LIFE, JUSTICE & PEACE SPOTLIGHT

As we begin a new year, the St. Luke Life, Justice and Peace Ministry invites you to join us in a couple of upcoming events.
Join St. Luke Parishioners at OneLife LA on January 22!
OneLife LA is an annual event hosted by the Los Angeles Archdiocese to celebrate and witness the beauty and dignity of every human life. This year, the theme is FORWARD IN HOPE. OneLifeLA will take place in-person on Saturday, Jan. 22. This free event will begin at 12:00 pm La Placita on Olvera Street, continue with a one-mile walk to Los Angeles State Historic Park, the main event location. The main event will feature inspiring speakers, musicians, resource booths, vendors, and food trucks. The day ends with the Requiem Mass for the Unborn at the Cathedral.
Join us on Jan. 22 in declaring a commitment to valuing and protecting all human life, particularly the most vulnerable in our community. Please consider being a part of our 2022 St. Luke team. Catholic Coalition of San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity
CATHOLIC MONTH OF SERVICE
Parishes in the San Gabriel Region are supporting the Catholic Coalition of SGV Habitat for Humanity in a CATHOLIC MONTH OF SERVICE during the month of February. The Build Day for the St. Luke Catholic Coalition team is Saturday, Feb. 19. We invite you, your family, and friends to join the St. Luke Catholic Coalition team in filling our volunteer slots. Here are ways you can participate:

- Donate toward the cost of the Build Day
- Provide water, snacks or lunch for the volunteers at the Build Day
Who can volunteer at the build site? Volunteers can be anyone 16 years and over, with any experience level, including no experience at all! Habitat for Humanity construction staff teach the volunteers what to do and provide all the needed equipment, including safety goggles, hard hats and tools, as well as hands-on support at the build site. Volunteers sign up for a half day shift, 7:45 am to 11:30 am, or 11:45 am to 3:30 pm., or a full day from 7:45 am to 3:30 pm. Sign up at http://vhub.at/slesgv.
