Our Employee for Employee Program (E4E) launched 59 months ago in 2018, and since then, it has illustrated our commitment to one another and our value of family. Together, we are stronger, and this continues to be demonstrated through the E4E program.

Since the inception of E4E, over $200,000 has been distributed to assist 119 employees who were in need across the company. Grants range from $500 to $2,500 and have been awarded to those employees due to urgent or unexpected situations in their lives. These grants assisted employees in times of a natural disaster, catastrophic family emergency, medical emergency, or funeral. We have recently supported three employees with medical emergencies that have created unexpected and urgent expenses. Through this program, we could support our extended Barnhill family during these difficult times.

We are grateful for your contributions that have assisted fellow employees and allowed them to see Barnhill's eagerness to help in times of distress. We've reached an all-time high in participation, with 48% of active employees contributing to the program, raising $1,737.28 per week through payroll deduction. Donors are represented from every sector of the company, which is a blessing to see. Thank you to those who contribute to the program and come to the aid of their coworkers.
