EAC Network supports families during

"May-cember" and all year round with the Long Island Parenting Institute

EAC Network has been strengthening families and communities across Long Island for decades — and that commitment doesn't pause when life gets hectic. Through our Community, Education & Economic Services pillar, the Long Island Parenting Institute (LIPI) offers free and low-cost workshops for parents year-round, because the hard seasons don't wait for a convenient time.

Right now, as end-of-year events pile up and summer schedules loom, a lot of parents are running on empty. EAC Network President & CEO Neela Mukherjee Lockel writes about why this stretch hits so hard — and how finding your village can make all the difference.

Food Insecurity Among Seniors Is Rising. We're Here to Help.

Too many older adults in our communities are facing a quiet but serious crisis: not knowing where their next meal will come from, and navigating it alone. Through EAC Network's partnership with Meals on Wheels, we're working to change that — delivering not just nourishing food, but consistent connection and care to seniors across Long Island.

Watch our latest video from EAC’s Meals on Wheels Program Director, Julianne Graepel, to learn more about this growing need and the difference we're making together.

Thank you for joining us at

Golf For Good 2026

EAC Network's annual Golf for Good returned this year with sunshine, community, and a shared commitment to making Long Island stronger — and we couldn't be more grateful.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on the green and helped make the day such a meaningful success. We are especially honored to recognize our Corporate Honorees, Tom Jacoberger of TCI Technologies and Victor Dezelic of Corporate Synergies, whose leadership and dedication to giving back embody exactly the spirit this event was built on.

A heartfelt thank you as well to our generous sponsors, our tireless staff, and every supporter who showed up — rain-free and ready to make a difference. Because of you, EAC Network will continue serving tens of thousands of individuals and families across Long Island and New York in the year ahead.

We are grateful for this community. See you on the course next year!

We thank the students at the Stony Brook University Career Center for their compassion and partnership!

After learning about EAC Network’s Child Advocacy Centers and Child Abuse Prevention Month, they created 150–200 care kits for children in our care. Each bag is filled with thoughtful essentials like cozy socks, stress balls, coloring books, colored pencils, and tissues to provide comfort during difficult times.
