Kings Athletics 2018 Hall of Fame
The Kings Athletic Department and the Kings Athletic Booster Club are pleased to announce the 2018 Kings Athletic Hall of Fame Inductees.
Four alumni make up this year’s class. Inductees were recognized publicly at halftime of the Kings Men’s Basketball game against West Clermont on Friday, February 2, 2018 at Kings High School. They were also honored at the 12th Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony with family and friends on Saturday, February 3 at TPC River’s Bend.
Kings Athletic Director Tyler Miller stated, “This year’s class represents the best of Kings High School. Not only were they phenomenal on the athletic field of play, they were role models for our community and our current student-athletes. They are the epitome of a student-athlete and they will forever be enshrined in our Hall of Fame. It was an honor to give them the recognition they deserve.” The Hall of Fame Class of 2018 Inductees are pictured below:
L-R: Anna Bersani (Class of 2008), Logan Warye (Class of 2011), Shannon Heekin (Class of 2001), and Sam Graessle (Class of 2005), not pictured.

In Case of Emergency...
As our Kings Community knows, we use School Messenger as our emergency call system. We try to do our best to communicate quickly and efficiently. Sometimes there are issues that prevent an email from being delivered to a recipient. Please be sure to check your child’s School Messenger account at
go.schoolmessenger.com
for accuracy, as well as making sure that all of the email addresses and phone numbers of the contacts you would want notified in case of an emergency are entered. You will also want to be sure that you have checked the “school hours emergency” and “non-school hours emergency” boxes to receive those calls and emails. If you would like to receive general emails such as newsletters and EBBN, the “general” tab must be checked.
If you are having trouble accessing your account or have any overall questions regarding your School Messenger account, please contact your child’s building secretary or contact Dawn Gould at
dgould@kingslocal.net

See what they said.

Kings Kindness and Start With Hello Week
All throughout the past two weeks our school buildings have been celebrating the Great Kindness Challenge and Start With Hello Week.
Both the Great Kindness Challenge and Start With Hello Week are programs designed to not only promote kindness, but also to teach students the importance of connecting with others. We know that young children who are isolated can become victims of bullying, violence, or depression.
Students participated in different activities while focusing on kindness, empathy, inclusiveness, and making connections. #KingsKindness
