Pursuant to this Request for Offers (RFO), East Bay Community Energy (EBCE) is seeking offers from prospective Resource Adequacy suppliers to " sell to EBCE " or "buy from EBCE" System RA, Import RA, or Import Allocation Rights as further described herein:
Product Description:
- EBCE buys System RA or Import RA: Jul - Sep 2023, Nov - Dec 2023, 2024-2028
- EBCE sells System RA: Oct 2023
- EBCE buys Import Allocation Rights (COB, NOB, MERCHANT_BG): Jul - Oct 2023

EBCE intends to execute purchases under a standard WSPP Agreement (attached) but may consider edits or seller confirms.
