Week of August 2nd: Navigating Conflict Resolution
ECA Chicago is pleased to continue partnering with Leadership Surge to deliver its EMPOWER U diversity, equity and inclusion training program specifically designed for electrical contractors. In May, Leadership Surge’s Alex Willis shared the 4 Lenses Personality Training and over the month of July, we shared a series of activities focused on unconscious bias including short videos, reflection activities and Toolbox Talks. In August, Alex is exploring conflict resolution from several different angles.
