July is National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month – a month designated to increase public awareness of mental illness among minorities. This session will look at the history of Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, present challenges minorities experience in relation to mental health, and provide practical solutions to decrease the impact and frequency of mental health issues within minority communities.

CISCO Annual Luncheon

The Construction Industry Service Corporation (CISCO) is a labor-management group representing numerous unions and trade associations throughout the Northeastern Illinois area. The ECA is an active member of CISCO. Registration is now open for CISCO's Annual Luncheon scheduled for July 16, 2021 at the IBEW Local 134 Hall in Chicago. The main speaker for the event is City of Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot.

The Illinois Mechanical Specialty Contractors Association (IMSCA) is now holding the IMSCA-PAC Raffle for 2021! IMSCA is the lobbying group the ECA utilizes in regard to Illinois General Assembly issues.
 
The winning tickets will be drawn on September 10, 2021. You do not need to be present to win. Under State Law, IMSCA-PAC can accept both corporate and personal checks.
