On Friday, January 29th, 2021, OSHA released a press notice, on new guidance related to protecting workers and mitigating the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace. This guidance is in response to the Presidential Executive Order issued by President Joe Biden to address worker health and safety related to the Coronavirus and COVID-19.

The Electrical Contractors' Association of City of Chicago (ECA) Research and Education Committee is pleased to announce a webinar called, "Certified Transcript of Payroll." The seminar is being conducted by Ron Ward and Robert Parrilli, Illinois Department of Labor. The program will be a virtual event held on Thursday, February 4, 2021 beginning at 1:00 pm. The session will detail how contractors can submit their prevailing wage information easily through the IDOL Certified Transcript of Payroll Portal.
