NECA Safety Summit
October 27 - 29, 2020
The NECA Virtual Safety Summit will be composed of 2-half day blocks of general sessions, concurrent breakouts and even an exhibit hall. NECA will also showcase new presentations based on current trends along with important regulatory and code updates. Member Stipend: ECA Chicago will pay for two representatives per Member Company to attend.

The new Schaumburg venue is a new prototype, located along Interstate 90 at Meacham Road. The planned three-level venue features 102 climate-controlled hitting bays, a full-service restaurant and three bars, 250 high-definition flat-screen TVs, a 5,000-square-foot outdoor patio and 3,000 square feet of private event space. 
CISCO Scholarships & Project of the Year Award
CISCO’S Project of the Year Award is kicking off its 16th year of accepting applications for some of the best construction projects of the past 18 months. (June 2019 – December 2020).

The award gives general contractors, owners, engineers and architects a chance to submit projects in six different categories that include the areas of new construction, renovation/ rehabilitation, residential construction and infrastructure. The deadline for applications is 5:00 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4, 2020. To download the application form, click here.

The Electrical Contractors' Association of City of Chicago (ECA) Research and Education Committee workshop called, "Top Habits of High Performing Foremen" has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 8:00 am. The program is to be held at the Drake Oak Brook Hotel. (Only 8 spots remain!)
