NECA Safety Task Force needs your assistance!
The NECA Safety Task Force is in the process of publishing a new NECA Safety Guidebook. To help the Task Force decide on what topic should be produced next, in conjunction with the Northeastern Illinois Chapter, NECA, we're asking our Chapter members for feedback by completing a brief online survey via Survey Monkey.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey at your earliest convenience. We also encourage you to forward this survey to your safety representative(s) for their participation as well.  Your input is greatly appreciated.
Illinois General Assembly Canceled Veto Session
The Illinois General Assembly canceled the upcoming fall veto session. The cancellation is a result of rising COVID-19 cases statewide, in addition to the proximity of the scheduled session to the holiday season. It is possible that the legislators will return for a lame duck session in early January – but no firm announcements have been made. The 102nd General Assembly begins January 13, 2021. A lame duck session will have to occur before the 13th. We will update you on specific plans and dates when legislators plan to return when the information becomes available. Please contact Jessica Newbold Hoselton, Illinois Mechanical & Specialty Contractors Association (IMSCA) Executive Director at: (217) 523-4361, if you have any questions.
