Current COVID-19 Protocols for Indoor Worship Require Changes back to Mask Wearing Due to rising cases of the COVID-19 Delta variant currently infecting unvaccinated individuals & some who are vaccinated, masks are now being required again by the diocese for ALL INSIDE activities. Please continue to be vigilant during the services and respect the safe practices we have in place, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope this will not be in effect long.
Journeys Group Meeting Saturday at 11:30
Journeys is a group that offers support, care, and compassion to those coping with grief, loss or any difficult life challenge. If you are seeking support through fellowship, please join us the second Saturday of each month from 11:30am-12:30 in the Activity Building. Connecting Ministry. ECA Single Ladies Outing: 9/21 & 9/28 All single ladies are invited to join other ECA single ladies for lunch on Tuesday 9/21 at Los Bravos on Trickum at 11:30 am; and for dinner on Tuesday 9/28 at Neuvos Amigos on Sixes Road at 5:30 pm. ECA Men’s Fishing Trip Sept 29th – Oct 3th Sign up Now!
It’s almost that time of year again when the Men of ECA and guests plan to head down to Shell Island Fish Camp for a weekend of fellowship, fishing, food & Fun! You can go down on Weds, Thu, or Fri, and you don’t have to fish. We are aware of the current COVID-19 issues and understand those who choose not to go; but what better way to get away from it all than going fishing with Jesus and friends. Choir Starting Back up This Sunday at 10:30am Service
We are very excited to have our choir back up and running for our 1030AM worship service. We will be following diocesan protocols pertaining to choirs. We want to thank Joe Lozier and the choir for the hard work they have done to prepare for starting back up.
Ushers, Lectors and Counters Needed: Especially at the 8:30 am Service As we transition back to traditional worship, we are beginning to schedule volunteer positions again. Currently, we are in need of ushers, lectors and counters. If you are interested in volunteering on Sunday mornings, please email ecanews@bellsouth.net. Thank you!
Reach Collecting Food items for Local Food Pantries We Support We may not be gathering for in-person worship due to diocesan restrictions, but the need for food items at our local food pantries continues. ECA is supporting local charities such as Never Alone and Papa’s Pantry in their food ministries. You are welcome to come by on Sundays to drop off these much-needed items, or drive-by the office during the week. Thank you for your continued generosity and support of helping those in need! 
A Caregivers Support Group has started at ECA: Second Tuesday of each Month at 7:30pm If you are involved with the care of someone with a terminal or chronic illness, you are invited to join a support group offering support, connection, resources, and coping strategies. This group is led by Robin Racoff, an experienced Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. This group is for caregivers, no patients please. Education for Ministry Registration NOW OPEN EFM is now open for registration! We need 6 participants to resume the program. Dates and times are to be determined.
