Join us for Morning Prayer this Sunday: *2 Services
Join us this Sunday for an online Morning Prayer service via Facebook live at 9:00am AND for an Outdoor Morning Prayer service*(limited seating, reservations required) at 10:30 am. No Christian Formation this Sunday.
Note: We have agreed to follow the recommendations of the Bishop diocesan task force by enforcing and following the CDC, health Dept guidelines, as well as Diocese of Atlanta Phase 1 re-opening guidelines regarding physical distancing and attendance limits. The ECA Vestry has adopted detailed plans to comply with the Diocese of Atlanta phase 1 re-opening guidelines, as soon as we are given the green light again, we will gather. Birth Announcement: Congrats to the Stinchcomb Family!
Congratulations to James and Lindsay on the birth of Josalynn Audry (3 lbs. 9 oz., 16.5 inches long). Mom and baby are doing well. Josalynn remains in the NICU. Your prayers are welcome! See below to see how you can help.

Meal Train for Stinchcomb Family
Many of you have asked how you can help the Stinchcomb family. In addition to your prayers, ECA has set up a Meal Train to provide meals on Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays. Online Service and *Outside Service Offered this Sunday, September 27
As we transition through these difficult and uncertain times with COVID-19, ECA is adapting services with your health and well-being as a priority. On Sunday Sept. 27th at 10:30AM we will offer one outside service for 50 people in the field by the playground *(reservations required). We will continue to stream online Sunday services via Facebook at 9:00am (morning prayer) and we will meet outside (weather permitting) on Sunday Sept. 27th 10:30am (for morning prayer).
Please note: we must follow strict physical distancing guidelines and attendance limits in accordance with the Diocese of Atlanta, CDC & Health Dept.

Volunteers being Sought for Sunday Service
While we are still not allowed to meet in our worship space, we continue to stream a Sunday service to our parish and cyber community. If you are interested with helping during the service, please contact Fr. Paul at pcm09@bellsouth.net. There are several minor tasks we need help with in order to make sure we are able to live stream and record for parish members. I look forward to hearing from those who may be interested.

Did you know.....
Jamie Hreha is the Vestry Liaison for Buildings and Grounds. Jamie has been a member of ECA for 10 years. He has worked for The Home Depot as a Sr. Logistics Analyst for the past 17 years, volunteering regularly with the USO, Habitat for Humanity, and the Make a Wish Foundation. Jamie has been part of the Worship Committee in the past and is an usher at the 8:30 service. Jamie has always been involved with Buildings and Grounds events and now looks forward to serving on this committee as a member of the Vestry.

Altar Flowers: Dates Available
ECA is still taking dedications and donations for Altar Flowers during this time of quarantine and social distancing. Now that services may be streamed from the church again, Altar Guild will continue their ministry of preparing the altar for services. This includes flowers. Thank you for supporting this ministry. Available dates: October 4 & 11; November 15. Please email your dedication (complete with wording in thanksgiving for/in memory of) to ecanews@bellsouth.net.

Fr. Paul is making his Pastoral Rounds virtually via telephone calls and online check-ins. If you are in need of counseling, prayer, simple virtual visi or confidential assistance, please contact Fr. Financial Report and Giving Statements have been Mailed
Every Month we will make available our year to date financial results. Currently, for the year we are in good financial shape. The finance committee, in conjunction with the Vestry, has been paying close attention to our expenses during the current hardships we are facing with no in-person services at ECA. We are $7,958 below projected revenue with pledge and non-pledge income and plate collection revenues. Since our expenses are down, we are in positive scenario with income/expenses. Thank you for your continued financial support during these difficult times!
