Important! In-Person Services Have Been Canceled
It is with sadness we report that all in person services have been canceled this week, and until further notice, by request of the bishop diocesan due to the recent spike in COVID cases. Many of us were looking forward to gathering together; please know that we will gather together at some point. We will keep the parish updated with information as soon as we get it. If you have any concerns, please send them to Fr. Paul. We will continue to stream online Sunday services via Facebook live at 9:30am.

Note: We have agreed to follow recommendations of the Bishop diocesan task force and follow strict CDC, health Dept guidelines, as well as Diocese of Atlanta Phase 1 re-opening guidelines regarding physical distancing and attendance limits. The ECA Vestry has adopted detailed plans to comply with the Diocese of Atlanta phase 1 re-opening guidelines, as soon as we are given the green light again, we will gather. Please see below, or go to our website at to read about our worship guidelines.
Survey Coming Soon!
The Episcopal Diocesan of Atlanta/North GA has been working with HolyCow! Consulting to create an assessment for parishes to use to gauge parishioner responses to re-gathering during COVID 19. We all find ourselves in a time where there are a lot of uncertainties. As church leaders try to navigate the needs of their congregations during COVID we need to make sure we are asking the right questions. Holy Cow! Consulting has developed an assessment to ask just those questions. This assessment asks the congregation to respond to some important questions that will help the leadership know how to best serve their needs and look at what the future needs to be. The questions specifically look at how congregations are currently engaging with worship and other online options, what needs and concerns they and/or their families have, and what measures they need to feel safe regathering when that time comes. It is 17 questions and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. The survey will be live in a few weeks. Please stay tuned for a link asking for your participation. Thank you!
