Last Call: Volunteer opportunity: 7/21 Emmaus House Needs You! ECA will be providing a cookout for the students completing the summer program at Freedom School, a part of Emmaus House (located in Atlanta, behind the old Ted Turner stadium) on Friday, July 21. We need grillers, vegetable slicers and dicers, assemblers, servers, and smilers! Contact the ECA Reach Committee or Chris Renaud at chrishrenaud@gmail.comor 678-997-7592 to volunteer.

Reach Serving Dinner to un-housed at Shady Grove 7/26 at 4:30pm All are invited to join the ECA Reach ministry in preparing and delivering a meal to the homeless population every 4th Wednesday of the month at Shady Grove Baptist Church. Travel Sized toiletries are also being collected for this outreach. We will meet at ECA at 4:30 to pack meals and head to Shady Grove to serve around 5:30, with plans to begin serving at 6:00. Our menu will be BBQ pork sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, bean salad and cookies or brownies. We are preparing to serve 50+ this month. Bible Challenge & Adult Christian Formation Continue to meet over Summer Join anytime! The ECA Bible Challenge (Read the Bible in a Year, by Marek Zabriskie) and Adult CF (Sunday School) continue to meet Sunday at 9:45am. Come check it out! Dominoes Game Night Friday 7/28 at 7pm
Join us for adult fellowship time playing Mexican Train Dominoes! Bring a simple snack to share and your favorite beverage. Dominoes typically meets the fourth Friday of each month. Newcomers are always welcome!

Father Paul on Sabbatical
Fr. Paul will be away during the months of June, July, and August on a well-deserved sabbatical for rest and refreshment. He will return with us on Sunday September 10th. The Rev. July's spotlight is on Servant Ministries, the hands and feet of Christ! This ministry includes 'Cards from the Heart' our card mailing ministry, 'Meal Preppers', our meal ministry, 'Caregivers Group', a support group for caretakers, 'Journeys Group', a support group for those dealing with grief, loss or any difficult life challenge, 'Holly Haulers', our transportation ministry, 'Eucharistic Visits', and more!
