It’s Stewardship Season at ECA!

It’s that time of the year where we take some time to reflect on how we can renew our pledge of time, talent and treasure.  This year’s theme is Rooted in Abundance, and it’s a reminder to us that we are inspired to give because so much has been given to us. This is not transactional, we do not give in proportion to how we feel we have benefitted or suffered, rather we give because of the love we have experienced in the story of our faith. Please prayerfully consider your pledge this season reminding us of our roots here are ECA. Dominoes Adult Fellowship Game Night This Friday at 7pm Join us for adult fellowship time playing Mexican Train Dominoes! Bring a simple snack to share and your favorite beverage. Dominoes typically meets the fourth Friday of each month. Newcomers are always welcome!

Note: Adult Christian Formation (Sunday School) will not meet Sept. 24th & Oct. 1st. Adult Christian Formation (Sunday School) usually meets every Sunday at 9:45am.  We will resume Oct. 8.  Come and check it out!

Buildings & Grounds Ministry is Meeting Monday, Sept. 25th at 7pm

The Buildings and Grounds Committee typically meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 7pm in the Activities building. All are welcome! 

REACH Serving the Un-housed Population at Shady Grove this Wednesday Sept 27th at 5pm.

All are invited to join the ECA Reach ministry in preparing and delivering a meal to the homeless population every 4th Wednesday of the month at Shady Grove Baptist Church. Travel Sized toiletries are also being collected for this outreach.

Reach Collecting Food items for Local Food Pantries, Thank you for your Continued Support   ECA supports local charities Never Alone and Papa’s Pantry in their food ministries. Please bring donations Sundays before worship. Thank you for supporting these local charities! October is the Cathy Norris Food Drive month!

September's Spotlight is on Faith & Spirituality! This ministry seeks to grow our faith through bible devotions, monthly 'Faith, Food & Fellowship' events, and planned spiritual retreats. Faith, Food & Fellowship typically meets on the third Wednesday of each month for a meal, fellowship, and faith based activities. Contact Robin Keith to learn more or to volunteer with this ministry.
