Shining our Light: Stewardship
Thank you for being grateful, responsible stewards of the gifts we receive from God. What a blessing and honor to be stewards of what He has given to us! Stewardship numbers to date: We have over 60 pledges that have been turned in with 6 new pledges this year and over 60% of those pledging have increased their pledge. This is great news and we are very grateful of your generosity. Thank you for supporting our ministry and mission at ECA and allowing ECA members to be beacons of light in our parish and out in the community. No matter what amount you pledge to ECA, your commitment makes a difference in the ministry and mission we do; please make sure to turn your pledge in so we can continue to shine our light in the parish and in our communities. You can pledge by filling out a card found in the narthex, download a card from the website or email your pledge information ( ecanews@bellsouth.net ).

* You may make a pledge at anytime: Download Pledge Cards Here or pick one up Sunday.

Reach Volunteer Opportunity November 10-17: Family Promise
Family Promise is a program that uses existing resources such as church space to help combat homelessness and poverty.  This program uses a holistic approach to combat the crisis of family homelessness that includes three key areas of focus: prevention, shelter and stabilization.  Volunteers are the core of this program.  They share food, spend the night, play with children and lend their passion and expertise to help families get back on their feet.  Our sister church, Christ Episcopal Church in Kennesaw has asked for volunteers during their hosting rotation November 10-17.  They need volunteers to greet and to cook/serve dinner.  If you feel led to volunteer for this ministry, please contact Lainey Gaines at laineygaines3@gmail.com / 678-431-0894 or Deb Gerace at  geraced@gmail.com / 678-777-9027.  Visit  www.familypromise.org for additional information on the program.
