ECAO and OEL are working on obtaining more contractor experiences with the ESA permit system. While ESA conducts their own surveys, we believe our ECAO/OEL independent survey may be useful in identifying some key issues to be addressed with ESA in the future.

The survey is being conducted by an independent consultant and all answers are anonymous and confidential.

MEMBER BENEFITS
WSIB Historical Review by TeksMed Services
Dear ECAO Members,

TeksMed Services is a proud affiliate partner of the ECAO and we are offering a historical review of your WSIB account, at no extra cost. TeksMed will conduct a detailed analysis of your account and claims, to identify and recover any opportunities for cost relief.

Cost relief is a WSIB initiative, administered via the Secondary Injury and Enhancement Fund (SIEF), that provides employers with financial relief when an injured worker's pre-existing condition enhances or prolongs their return to work. This means that an employer will not be held fully financially responsible for a workplace injury that was caused by a worker's pre-existing condition or if their recovery is delayed/prolonged due to that condition.

There is no risk and all reward - this historical review is being offered to you by the ECAO’s Disability Management partner at no extra cost to you! You can only benefit from this offer and have the money returned to your account as a credit or decrease in the premium rate.

If you would like to have a free historical review performed on your account please contact Tanya George at TeksMed Services- tgeorge@teksmed.com or 437.333.8608.
