Greetings to those attending Holy Synod 2024

in Colorado!

My name is Kelly de Haas and I am responsible for organizing rides to and from Denver International Airport (DIA) for the 2024 ECC Synod in Estes Park Colorado.

We will have rides from DIA to YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park on Friday October 11th.  We will also have return rides from YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park to DIA on Monday October 14th. 

 NOTE:  We can only provide rides on Friday or Monday.  If you are arriving or departing on other days, you will need to make your own arrangements. 

 

I need the following information for each person requesting transportation so that I can make sure everyone has a ride.

Our plan is to have multiple volunteer drivers available so that we can shuttle everyone to and from the airport close to their arrival and departure times.  We currently don’t plan on specific pickup times, but would prefer to tailor the times to when guests are actually arriving.  I will have much more information available once I have everyone’s flight information.



Please send your flight information to me as soon as you have made arrangements so I can make sure I have enough drivers available at the appropriate times.

As we get closer to the date, I will have more information and will be able to update you as to meeting places etc.
