ECC Weekly Update
Our church has suffered the sudden and unexpected loss of Moses Anderson this week. We have been struck with shock and grief at the announcement.

Moses was a pillar both in his home and in the church. He was loved and respected by all ages because he cared about all. These are moments for the church to come together and find comfort with one another, be reminded of God's promise, and strengthen our resolve. We will process this pain together and in support of Joy and Chelesia Anderson. You are invited to worship with us, whether in person or over the live stream.

This is a time to seek God.

In a private moment of mourning,
I came upon this promise I leave with you:

As one whom his mother comforts,
So I will comfort you;
And you shall be comforted in Jerusalem. Isaiah 66:13

Here's what's happening at ECC this week!

"But while they were gone to buy oil, the bridegroom came.
Then those who were ready went in with him to the marriage feast, and the door was locked."
Matthew 25:10

"Give me oil in my lamp, keep me burning!" is a popular children's refrain that speaks about our great need for the Holy Spirit. The parable we will look at this week shows us that we must all keep watch for our coming Bridegroom.

Join us this week as Pastor John continues
our study of the Last Parables of Jesus!

Adult Sabbath School Class
Adult Sabbath School is alive!

We have adult Sabbath School Bible study groups meeting in person. Come be a part of a growing community with interactive Bible study, fellowship and prayer. Each week at 9:30 am. We also have a class that meets on Zoom each week.

Thank you for your continued financial support of
God's work!

"Take from among you an offering to the Lord. Whoever is of a willing heart, let him bring it as an offering to the Lord." Exodus 35:5
