After School Care Sign Up for 1/2 Day 12/20/19
Our 1/2 day After School program will be limited to 15 students. Please access the sign up below to reserve your spot. And please remember if signing up more than one child to sign up one student per slot. Thank you.

Attendance Policies
Please call the  attendance  line at (970) 926-0656 and press 1 to report your child's absence.

In a continued effort to keep illness to a minimum, please follow the rule of 24 hours...post episodes of diarrhea, vomiting and fever before returning to school. THANK YOU!
Lost and Found
Parents, please take a minute after drop off or pick up to peruse our large inventory of Lost and Found items in the Hawk Room. We will donate any remaining pieces to the Thrifty on Friday, 12/20/19 at 12:00 p.m.

Original Works
Thank you to all the families who ordered Original Works this y ear. ..  If you received anything that was damaged, or you were missing part of your order, please let Mrs. Delonay know by Friday, 12/20/19.  Also, if you want to order something but didn't have a chance to, you can order on  www.originalworks.com
  
Mrs Delonay is looking for 2-3 parent volunteers on Wednesday, 12/18/19 or Thursday, 12/19/19 to help hang artwork for the music program.  If you are available please email  holly.delonay@eagleschools.net .

ECCA Lottery
The ECCA lottery for 2020-21 closes Thursday, 1/9/20. If you have a little one at home who will be joining us in Kindergarten next year please take the time to enroll them in our lottery. Go to www.ecca.org and click on Apply for the Lottery on the home page. This is a necessary step to ensure admission.
Please help us spread the word to any friends considering ECCA. The deadline is much earlier this year.
Box Tops Competition
Box Top Competition is ON! The grade submitting the most box tops by Friday, February 14th, 2020 will win pizza for their entire grade! Please drop Box Tops, (that have not expired) into the appropriate grade bag outside the office in a baggie or envelope labeled with Grade, # of Box Tops. Please be sure the Box Tops have not expired and the expiration date is legible. Expired Box Tops do not earn ECCA money. Thank you for supporting ECCA via your Box Tops!

Meal Train
One of our current Kindergarten students and the youngest child of a long-time ECCA family, Noah Mills, was recently diagnosed with bilateral kidney cancer, also known as Wilm's Tumor.

Charter Garb
The Charter Garb store will be open on Fridays at drop off. You can also order and pay for your Charter Garb through ecca.org. Orders will be delivered to your student's classroom the following week.  

Don't miss out on the bargain bin with discounted items/colors starting at $5.00 each. 

Current color options are as follows: red, black, royal blue, turquoise, hot pink, grey and white. Other colors may be available. Please go to the store to check what is available.

Middle School Boys Basketball
Good luck to our middle school teams in their playoff this Saturday, 12/14/19 @ SMS

Middle School Girls Basketball
7th and 8th Grade families , please contact your respective coaches at the emails provided below in order to indicate your desire to participate, and find out more information regarding practices before Winter Break.

6th Grade families , information regarding the 6th grade girls basketball season will be sent in a separate email as we try to find a coach for our team and explore other options should we not be able to find one.

Girls Basketball Participation Checklist :
In order to play this season, we need the following completed as soon as possible:
  1. Turn in Athletic Contract
  2. Turn in Medical/Physical Form
  3. Pay the $70 Basketball Fee on Schoolpay
If you turned in an Athletic Contract/Medical Form for the volleyball season, we do not need another one on file. The $70 Sports Fee will still be needed.

2020 Theater Camp
Theater Camp is back! 1st-3rd grade students don't miss out on this. 11 weeks on Wednesdays, 3:15-4:30 p.m. beginning Wednesday, 1/15/20.   Click here for more information.

Hip Hop
Intro to Hip Hop with Ms. Corinne is back! Thursdays 3:20-4:20 offered to 1st - 3rd graders 10/24/19-12/12/19. Click here for more information.

Band I and II
Band has officially started! Band I will meet in the  music room on Monday's from 3:25-4:20, Band II will meet on Wednesdays during lunch. Our rehearsals will follow the  school calendar. The cost is $9.00 per class, billed directly to you. 

Patterns of Joy Sewing
