REMINDERS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
Superhero Ski Day has been canceled
Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences
Conferences will take place on the following dates:
K - 3: March 20 and 27
4th, 5th/6th and 7th Grades: March 16, 20 and 27
8th Grade conferences: Thursday, May 14th 8:15 - 2:00

Spring conferences are optional. If you would like to sign up for a conference with your teacher click on the link below:
 



1/2 Day Friday After School Sign Up

The After School program on Friday, 3/20/20 and Friday, 3/27/20 (12:00 pm - 5:55 pm) will be limited to 15 children. Please sign up ONE CHILD PER SLOT.
First come, first served.

Parent Climate Survey
Please take a few minutes to take our Parent Climate Survey. The Accountability committee takes the feedback and makes recommendations to the board and administration for the following school year. Computers will be available before and after conferences as well to access this survey.

We value your honest feedback on this survey, therefore, it is anonymous.

ECCA Talent Show
Back by popular demand! 
Talent Show Wednesday, 5/6/20 
2:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Auditions will be hosted on Friday, 4/10/20 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. Bring your talent! Dress rehearsal will be Tuesday, 5/5/20 3:30 - 4:30 p.m.
CHANGE TO OUR AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM 
Due to demand, Tuesdays will now require a reservation for students in grades K-3 to attend our After School program. Please see the below sign. Please sign up one child per slot
as spaces are limited. As well PLEASE REMOVE YOUR CHILD/REN FROM THE SIGN UP IF THERE IS A CHANGE AND THEY WILL NOT BE USING THE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM.

Attendance Policies
Please call the  attendance  line at (970) 926-0656 and press 1 to report your child's absence.

In a continued effort to keep illness to a minimum, please follow the rule of 24 hours...post episodes of diarrhea, vomiting and fever before returning to school. THANK YOU!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Lunch Duty
We are looking for volunteers to help set up, serve, assist the smaller children,  clean up, and maintain the calm during lunch.  Contact E rin Hasemann if interested at erin.hasemann@eagleschools.net

The Charter Garb store will be open on Fridays at
drop off. You can also order and pay for your Charter Garb through ecca.org. Orders will be delivered to your student's classroom the following week.    Don't miss out on the bargain bin with discounted items/colors starting at $5.00 each. 
**Don't forget to check out the free bucket outside the main office door.

Please go to ECCA.org and under Parent Link >Office Forms fill out the Family Economic Survey Application for assistance with Hot Lunch and Enrichments (para en Espanol).  Please forward completed applications to the ECCA Accounting Manager at  linda.tierney@eagleschools.net

Fingerprint Procedures
New Fingerprint Procedures  
This is for anyone who has not completed fingerprints before - if you are unsure as to whether or not you have fingerprints on file with the district please email Jenn Sassi at  jennifer.sassi@eagleschools.net
This is something you only need to do one time at ECCA or any district school.

Friday, 3/13/20: No School

Monday, 3/16/20: No School for students. Various K-7 Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences hosted.

Tuesday, 3/17/20: St. Patrick's Day. Wear GREEN. Please stay in dress code.

Friday, 3/20/20 and Friday, 3/27/20: 1/2 Day for Students. Noon release. K-7 Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences hosted.

After School Activities
Band I and II
Band I will meet in the  music room on Monday's from 3:25-4:20, Band II will meet on Wednesdays during lunch. Our rehearsals will follow the  school calendar. The cost is $9.00 per class, billed directly to you. 

Makers Club
Open to 5th - 8th graders and meets on Thursdays, 3:35 - 4:30 p.m. Pre-registration is required.

Computer Club
Classes for Grades K-3 meet on Thursdays 3:20 - 4:00 p.m.
Classes for Grades 4-8 meet on Tuesdays 3:20 - 4:00 p.m.
Pre-registration is required.

Patterns of Joy Sewing
