New Policy for After School 1/2 Day Fridays
Due to high demand, we will be limiting the number of students admitted to our 1/2 day (Fridays) program. Thank you for your understanding as we are doing our best to meet the needs of our families as well as be in compliance with state regulations.
Please see the below sign up for Friday, 10/25/19 AND Friday, 11/1/19. After School is offered on these 1/2 days 12:00 - 5:55 p.m. for $32.00. Don't forget to send a sack lunch.
First come, first served! Each sign up is per child, not per family.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT 2 CHILDREN IN ONE SLOT FOR NUMBER PURPOSES. Thank you.
Update on After School
We have successfully hired for the open position and are able to fully resume our regular protocols for drop-in attendance Monday-Friday. Pre-registration is no longer necessary.
(**Please note the new policy for 1/2 Day Fridays, as those protocols differ.)
4th grade families: We are once again able to accommodate our 4th grade students in the After School Program! We will also continue to honor the option for 4th grade students to attend Homework Club from 3:30-5:00pm if that serves your child's needs better. Please note we are unable to combine the two programs, so students cannot move between Homework Club and AfterSchool care within the same day. Please refer to the earlier email regarding Homework Club FAQs or reach out with questions.

Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences
Please see the below sign ups for the upcoming Parent/Teacher Conferences.
Please carefully review that you have the
correct grade AND the
correct teacher(s). and that you sign up for only 1 conference slot per child.
Each student is allotted one spot for conferences. T
wo household families should coordinate prior to signing up to accommodate parent/guardian needs.
Thank you.

This company Colorado Fingerprinting does not need a coupon code, yay!
Please make sure to fill out the online application.
**Before anyone

* The ECSD CBI unique code is 1417ETNI
* The Billing Code: 1417ECSDNonLic
* Locate an Enrollment Center convenient for you.
* You will be prompted to complete the pre-enrollment process by entering CBI and FBI information required for your specific background check.
* During your
10-minute appointment at the Colorado Fingerprinting Enrollment Center, a technician will quickly and accurately complete the process by performing ID verification, fingerprint capture, photo capture, and signature image capture in compliance with CBI and FBI requirements.
* Payment is collected from the applicant via credit/debit card, if you do not use the billing code provided the fee is $39.50 for the CBI/FBI check in addition to a $10 vendor fee.
* Results are returned to ECSD within 3/5 business days
.
* In the rare event that your prints are rejected for print quality (less than 1%), you will automatically be notified via your preferred method of contact (email or phone) with automated links to reschedule an appointment at no charge.
