Important Information - Mandatory registration for all students
One week remaining to complete this mandatory re-registration. If we do not hear from you by Friday, April 2nd we will assume your student is not returning.
Please complete the annual 2021-22 ECCA Registration Form due Friday, April 2nd. It includes each student's Intent to Return, Pledge Form and School Supply sign-up.
Covid Updates regarding travel
At this time we are following CDC recommendations and ECS protocols and announcements. Please note that these protocols are subject to change.
The CDC recommends:
* Quaranting for 7 days upon returning to the US from international travel
* Testing between days 3-5 upon return from international travel (results from tests before this window are not acceptable)

Candidate Submissions for ECCA Board Election
If you are interested in becoming a member of our ECCA Board, please refer to the notice sent from the Election Committee regarding submissions which are due by Sunday, March 28th at 3pm.
Eat Chat Parent
Wednesday, March 31st Zoom Virtual Meeting 6:00 pm -7:30 pm. As parents, your language, thoughts, and coping strategies will lay the foundation for your child’s ability to cope with pain. This panel discussion will generate new thoughts around pain and how your child’s thoughts related to pain could help and/or hurt them. One lucky attendee will win a prize! Questions? Annual Parent Climate Survey
We truly value your input and believe hearing from parents is critical for ensuring our success in the future. The ECCA Accountability committee takes the feedback and makes recommendations to the board and administration for the following school year. Please take 5-10 minutes to complete the survey. 
We value your honest feedback on this survey, therefore, it is anonymous. 
CMAS 2021: April 5th-April 16th
ECCA will be hosting the state CMAS tests this year for all 3rd-8th grade students. Grade specific schedules will be shared by teachers later this month.

If you know ahead of time that your student(s) will be out of school for one day or more, please fill out the form below and send back in, either with your child or by email to jennifer.sassi@eagleschools.net.

Charter Garb
Place your orders through SchoolPay. Order and pay for your Charter Garb through ecca.org. Keep in mind that you cannot use a mobile device to order. The preferred method is a computer, and if no computer is available you can try a tablet, such as an iPad.

Orders will be delivered to your student's classroom. We are happy to accommodate exchanges when sizes and colors are available. Please send the items back in with your students with instructions.

Bring Out Your Box Tops!
One thing hasn't changed...we are still collecting Box Tops for Education to earn additional funding for ECCA. Please send valid (non-expired) Box Tops in with your student to turn into the classroom that will be transformed into cash for our school. 
When you scan your receipt ECCA will also be automatically entered into two different Sweepstakes. To learn more about the scan option and sweepstakes go to www.boxtops4education.com.
After School Program
Dates + Times
From: 3:15pm - 5:55pm Daily
Open to Kindergarten - 4th Grade.
Enrollment Form 
The Enrollment Form is mandatory before attending the ECCA After School Program. The Enrollment Form can be found by clicking here.

$16.00 (new rate $12.00) for each normal day (3:15pm - 5:55pm) a child attends ECCA's After School Program.
Cost
$32.00 (new rate $24.00) for each half day / noon release (12:00pm - 5:55pm)
Students are charged to their SchoolPay.com accounts. Please be sure to load money onto these accounts prior to the students' attendance in After School. 
**We are not accepting Drop Ins this school year**
Pick Up Procedures
Parents and guardians are to enter the front doors of the school and wait in the front Foyer. CALL Rebecca Wirth at (970)855-0864 to have your child(ren) brought out. 
Notes From The Business Office
After School visits are now charged to Food Service accounts. 

For easier tracking, After School charges (along with Lunch charges) will be billed to each student's Food Services account of your Schoolpay.com account.

Please remember that payments for After School and Lunch are due in advance, or at the time of service. Please make your payments in the Food Service section of your Schoolpay.com account. If you have any questions please contact Linda Tierney at
