REMINDERS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
Girls on the Run
Congratulations to these Girls on the Run for completing their 10 week program with a 5K race last weekend in Frisco.  They have practiced building up their mileage while learning to be powerful, confident young ladies.  Be sure to give them a high 5 or some other form of Star Power when you see them next!  Thanks also to all the coaches and running buddies for their time and dedication in delivering a successful GOTR program!

Ski Passes

Attendance Policies
Quick reminder to all ECCA families regarding our policy on absences:  Please be aware that ECCA employs the Eagle Schools policy of when students miss more than 10 consecutive school days, they are automatically dropped from enrollment.

Please call the attendance  line at (970) 926-0656 and press 1 to report your child's absence.

In a continued effort to keep illness to a minimum, please follow the rule of 24 hours...post episodes of diarrhea, vomiting and fever before returning to school. THANK YOU!
Meal Train
One of our current Kindergarten students and the youngest child of a long-time ECCA family, Noah Mills, was recently diagnosed with bilateral kidney cancer, also known as Wilm's Tumor.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Box Tops
Need an at-home project to accumulate parent volunteer hours? We are looking for a few parents to take on the Box Tops program. This is a wonderful fund raiser for our school raising close to $1000 annually. If you are interested in coordinating this program for ECCA, please contact Jenn Sassi.

Lunch Duty
We are looking for volunteers to help set up, serve, assist the smaller children,  clean up, and maintain the calm during lunch.  Contact E rin Hasemann if interested at erin.hasemann@eagleschools.net

Charter Garb
The Charter Garb store will be open on Fridays at drop off. You can also order and pay for your Charter Garb through ecca.org. Orders will be delivered to your student's classroom the following week.  

Don't miss out on the bargain bin with discounted items/colors starting at $5.00 each. 

Current color options are as follows: red, black, royal blue, turquoise, hot pink, grey and white. Other colors may be available. Please go to the store to check what is available.

2020 Theater Camp
Theater Camp is back! 1st-3rd grade students don't miss out on this. 11 weeks on Wednesdays, 3:15-4:30 p.m. beginning Wednesday, 1/15/20.   Click here for more information.

Hip Hop
Intro to Hip Hop with Ms. Corinne is back! Thursdays 3:20-4:20 offered to 1st - 3rd graders 10/24/19-12/12/19. Click here for more information.

Band I and II
Band has officially started! Band I will meet in the  music room on Monday's from 3:25-4:20, Band II will meet on Wednesdays during lunch. Our rehearsals will follow the  school calendar. The cost is $9.00 per class, billed directly to you. 

Patterns of Joy Sewing

Informational meeting for K-3rd graders interested in the Girl Scouts of Colorado. Monday, 11/18/19 in the Hawk Room @ 3:30 p.m. Learn about the new STEM, Outdoor badges, financial literacy and more for your special girl! We are forming Girl Scout troops for K-3rd graders. Bring a friend!
