Immunization Requirements
*INCOMING 6th Graders :  ALL students entering 6th grade are required to receive a Tdap vaccine (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis) after age 11 and prior to entering 6th grade.  Please provide updated Colorado Certificate of Immunization prior to the first day of school.

*Varicella Vaccine:   As of 2015, ALL students are required by ACIP and CDE to receive 2 doses of the varicella vaccine.  Most students have already met this requirement, but please be sure to check with your child's medical provider for updated proof of vaccination.

*Vaccine Exemptions:
If you have previously signed a personal exemption for any vaccine, a proposal has been submitted to the Colorado Board of Health that will require annual re-signing of exemptions.

Annual Update
Look for an email regarding the REQUIRED Annual Update from Lorri McGarvey via SchoolMessenger in July 2020. It will include your student(s) individual login code(s). Please take the time to complete this update before school resumes in August.
