Dear Members,

This week brought a unique and meaningful “full circle moment” to ECESC. The vision for the Forge Your Future career awareness student experiences was heavily influenced by visits to Cajon Valley Schools and learning more about the exceptional K-12 career-connected learning they have developed. On Monday, it was an honor to host David Miyashiro, Superintendent of Cajon Valley Schools, to visit our RIASEC rooms and get a preview of the Forge Your Future Student Experience. His positive feedback and the feedback from many ECESC educators who attended our first two Educator Pilot events have confirmed the potential impact of this work. We look forward to working alongside all ECESC districts to build impactful career-connected learning experiences throughout our region and helping all students see how their strengths and interests can provide a “blueprint for their future!"
