National Medical Staff Services week

Thank you to our amazing Medical Staff Team at ECHN! We recognize you this week and every week as important members of the healthcare team who are dedicated to thoroughly investigating and verifying the credentials of healthcare practitioners.

National Radiologic Technology Week

As we celebrate this week, let's give a big shoutout to our amazing medical imaging team at ECHN!


Your dedication and expertise ensure that our patients and our community receive the best care. Thank you for your hard work and commitment to keeping us healthy. You all play a crucial role in our healthcare system, and your efforts make a significant impact on patient care and diagnosis. Your hard work and determination ensure that our patients receive the best possible care, and your contributions do not go unnoticed.

On October 27th Capital Community College held its 18th Annual Changing Lives Gala, held in celebration of Capital's outstanding alumni and students.


The event recognized the new 2023 Alumni Hall of Fame Honorees. The event benefits student scholarships and programming.


ECHN's Interim Chief Operating Officer Jillian Menzel was recognized as a Hall of Fame Honoree for Career and Professional Achievement. Congratulations, Jillian!


ECHN continues to have a long-standing relationship with Capital and has provided opportunities for training, job placement and growth over decades for students from their Radiologic Technologist Program.

Safety Behavior of the Month

Novembers Safety Behavior of the Month is Speak Up for Safety. You can practice this behavior by utilizing the skills of ARCC to voice concerns and to Stop the Line when uncertain.

Clinical Day School Open House

Join the Clinical Day School at their Open House on Wednesday, November 15th from 10 - 11:30 a.m. Stop by the school and see what they are up to this year. Student ambassadors will guide you through the classrooms and talk about what they are learning. Light refreshments will be served. We hope you can come out and support!


Clinical Day School Annual Food Drive

Please contribute to the Manchester Clinical Day School's Food Drive taking place until December 1st! Items can be dropped off at the School, in the Human Resources Department, the Engineering Department, at the MMH Cafeteria and at Outpatient Behavioral Health (150 North Main Street, Manchester). All food will be donated to the Manchester Area Conference of Churches Food Bank!

for being elected as the next President for the

Manchester Community Services Council!


The Manchester Community Services Council (MCSC) is dedicated to supporting community alliances that remove barriers to human services as a critical component for enhancing the quality of life for all Manchester residents. We are so proud of Kimberly and we know she will be a great leader in the Manchester community!

Yoga For Food

Join MACC Charities for a Community Yoga Class on Friday, November 17 from 6:30 -7:30 at the Community Y Rec Center in Manchester.


No cost required, all you have to do is bring in non-perishable food items to be donated to the Manchester Area Conference of Churches Food Pantry.

"Sleep in Heavenly Peace" Organization

“Sleep in Heavenly Peace” builds hand constructed beds for children and provide everything needed to sleep in it that night: sheets, comforter, pillow. Their mission is to make sure no child sleeps on the floor. Please pass along to anyone who needs the information or would like to request a bed for their family.

Manchester Road Race

Every year ECHN is a Principal Sponsor for the Manchester Road Race and we invite you to be a part of it!


The race this year will take place on November 23rd. To learn more, click here! We hope to see you there running/walking or cheering on our community!


We are looking for departments who would like to represent ECHN at the Little Manchester Road Race and the Road Race Expo on Saturday November 18th. This is a great opportunity to promote ECHN and showcase all of our amazing service offerings we have for our community. If interested in setting up a table at the Expo, please reach out to Chantal Perigo at [email protected] .


We are also looking for volunteers for the Manchester Road Race Blood Drive, which will take place on November 24th. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Kimberly Forbes at [email protected] . Also if you would like to donate blood on this day, you can schedule an appointment here!

Community Baby Shower Success


Thank you to all who donated items for the Community Baby shower with Manchester Early Childhood Collective. The shower was held this past weekend and 38 families benefitted from all of your help! In addition to these items, information and education was shared by Betsy Crayton on safe sleep, Alexis Taylor on breastfeeding, and Doug Edwards on parenting and attachment.

Welcome Halloween Baby Emma!

Emma was born on October 31st at 10:46 p.m. at 7 pounds, 3.5 ounces and 19.5 inches.


Congratulations to parents Matthew and Jessica

for their treat this Halloween!
