ECHO'S REBATE CENTER ON THE BUSINESS PORTAL EMPOWERS DEALERS TO EASILY FILE CLAIMS ONLINE AND ACCESS CUSTOMER INFORMATION.
On January 1, 2022 claims submitted outside of the Rebate Center will not be processed for payment. Please work with your employees to transition to the online Rebate Center before January 1.
Log In to the ECHO Business Portal
  • portal.echo-usa.com
  • User Name: If you do not know your user name click "I forgot my user name"
  • If you need to have a user added to the system, send your request to updates@lepco.com.
  • Password: If you forget your password, click "I forgot my password" to generate a new one.

Select the Rebate Center tab to access new tools for managing your ECHO customers and sales program claims.
  • Rebates - Search Existing Claims for Bid, Fleet, Commercial Account, One Day Sales Events, Fleet Week, 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee and UAG.
  • Rebates - Enter New Claims
  • Customers - Search for existing customer information (Bid, Fleet, Commercial Account, UAG only). Including real-time access to Fleet Customer numbers, discount percent, and expiration date!
  • Events Info - One Day Sales Event and Fleet Week
