Important CareLink changes coming soon

Two-factor authentication update

As of April 29, CareLink users who have email as their method for two-factor authentication will no longer be able to receive the code this way. Users will be prompted to reset their method choice to either mobile app or text message upon first log-in following the update.

New user account requests

Starting on April 29, password information for new user accounts will no longer be sent via CareLink in-basket. Instead, site administrators will be responsible for setting a temporary password for all new user accounts.

New department names and numbers

In early May, the department names and numbers for all academic ECU Health Physicians practices (departments beginning with ECU) will be changing. More information about this transition will be available soon. In the meantime, contact your outreach liaison or send an email to PhysicianOutreach@ecuhealth.org with any questions you may have.

ECU Health celebrates Match Day, welcomes 14 Brody matches to ECU Health Medical Center

On March 15, medical students across the country celebrated Match Day as they learned where they will spend their residency training as they continue in their physician journey. Locally, all 79 students in the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University Class of 2024 matched, including 14 who will stay in eastern North Carolina to continue their training at ECU Health Medical Center.
