New women's care location in Roanoke Rapids
ECU Health Women's Care - Roanoke Rapids will open later this month at 306 Becker Drive, Roanoke Rapids, NC. Providers will be available to see patients for abnormal pap smears, cancer screenings, endometriosis, menstrual irregularities, pregnancy care and more.

Lung cancer resources for you and your patients
Low dose CT screening
According to the American Cancer Society, low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) reduces lung cancer deaths by about 20% compared to standard chest x-ray among current or former heavy smokers when used as an early screening tool.
LDCT is available at East Carolina Heart Institute, and each of our hospital locations. To refer a patient, submit a radiology order to their preferred location.
