Ellis Partners, a privately-owned commercial real estate investment and development company, is pleased to announce their next development in Northern Nevada. Their collaboration with a pioneer in high-power-density colocation facilities, Colovore, will deliver a state-of-the-art, liquid-cooled data center project in the North Valleys.
Colovore data centers deliver large power circuits and liquid-cooling to each cabinet on the data center floor, a unique feature in the world of colocation that has set them apart with the onset of enterprise artificial intelligence and machine learning. They will be operating within an 82k square foot facility, establishing 10 new jobs with an average wage of $50 per hour and invest $250 million in capital expenditures.
| | Buckeye Corrugated is a privately held, employee-owned company with eleven manufacturing facilities and five sheet feeders, providing an extensive range of corrugated packaging products. The company will operate within 100k square feet at the Airway Commerce Center and plans to expand distribution to their west coast clientele within the 1st year of operation. Buckeye will establish 50 new jobs within the next 5 years at an average wage of $39 per hour and invest $14 million in capital expenditures. | | |

Metcalf Builders has earned a place among the Engineering News-Record (ENR) Top 100 Contractors in the West for 2025, ranking 75th overall across six western states. The company was also named the 12th top contractor in Nevada, the only general contractor headquartered in northern Nevada to make the list, and the 13th ranked multi-unit residential contractor in the western U.S.
