Leadership Navigation: managers seeking to hone their skills and manage teams effectively; participants will be paired up 1-on-1 with an executive coach

David Parent , Community Relations Manager, Pacific NW Region, KeyBank is the 2017 recipient of the Ted Yamamura Excellence Award . This award named on behalf of EDI's late co-founder, recognizes an organization or individual for their ongoing support of EDI's mission in "Building a Community of Diverse Global Leaders". This award is presented each year at graduation.

Festál is a year-long series of community events at the Seattle Center that celebrate the cultural richness in Seattle with music, dance, food, and much more! T une in on Wednesday, December 20th at 1:30pm to hear Steve's thoughts on how art and culture has shaped his identity and role.
