Do you know someone who's ready to be a leader at work, but doesn't have the tools or knowledge to do so? Or how about someone who stays silent during meetings, but doesn't realize it's a learned cultural behavior? Well, you're in luck! EDI is officially accepting applications for our 2016 Discovery & Navigation classes. With sessions like branding, public speaking, conflict management, etc., you'll be one step closer to achieving that promotion and leading a successful team at work!
