Recently, EDI alum, Poe Wongpa, turned his dream into a reality by opening a Thai restaurant in Auburn: Gor Gai Thai Street Food. In an exclusive interview with EDI, Poe shares his thoughts on his endeavors and offers advice to anyone looking to fulfill their dreams.
