Leadership Reflection:
The Participant's Journey

2012 Puget Sound Class

In this month's leadership reflections we highlight four of our 2012 graduates to share with you what they have learned from their EDI journey.   All of these individuals were nominated by their classmates to speak at graduation.  Here are a few highlights from their speeches.

Sanjit Kundu, Bonneville Power Administration:

"We can honor our history, absorb all that it has taught us, and utilize these lessons to be more effective in articulating our vision, communicating with others and setting the table for success, to be leaders..".

Marvi Matos, The Boeing Company:

"We all need to find our inner strength and through EDI I have found that inner strength..."

Judy Tsao, The Boeing Company:

"I realize I really have to differentiate myself and learn to be unique so people can recognize my contribution.  It is not easy to do so but I have to push myself to live outside of my comfort zone..."

Marisa Wang, Symetra Financial:

"The EDI journey made me come to the realization that ... I should dare to be different. And embrace that difference..."
