Recipe for Great Leaders

Looking for a recipe for making a great leader? Aren't we all? The bad news is that a standard recipe doesn't exist. The good news is that everyone already has the main ingredient - yourself! Adding some spices and allowing time to grow will create the best leader - a true authentic leader - someone who knows who they are and practices their values consistently.

EDI has two programs - Discovery and Navigation - that help you further unlock your potential as an authentic leader. The first program leads you through a process of discovery. Why do you do the things you do? How does your culture influence your actions? How are those perceived? With a better understanding of who you are, the second program allows you to continue your journey in bringing out the best leader in you.

Don't wait, start cooking today!

Applications for all EDI programs are due November 30, 2012.  There is limited space per program. Apply Today
