"I honestly didn't realize that my cultural background influenced my day to day as much as it does, and it was interesting to find I was not alone. Through EDI, I am able to embrace who I am, adjust when necessary, and accept not everyone likes a dolphin!"

Last March I had that special opportunity to meet 79 emerging leaders who are now the EDI class of 2014. What a wonderful and talented group of individuals. I know each of them will go on to do great and wonderful things for their employers and for the community. Each of them graduated from our various programs this month and I know they are looking forward to graduation on November 13th for Puget Sound and on November 20th for our Greater Portland Discovery class. A genuinely great time was had by all! The EDI-Navigation Class of 2012 aka "The Best Class EVER!" celebrated their 2nd annual reunion, September 19-20, 2014.
