GOOD TO KNOW
-
AC's without an AHRI certificate qualify for the $200 rebate (purely for you doing the Quality Installation), so please get those rebate applications submitted. There is a $200 trade incentive for you. Write NA in the AHRI blank to let us know there isn’t an AHRI certificate available.

Here’s an informal AHRI tutorial: https://www.brainshark.com/xcel/AHRI
- Did you know you do not need the customer’s account number on the rebate forms?
ONLINE APPLICATION
-
The online rebate application form, www.xcelenergy.com/digital_application gives you a unique tracking number for each rebate you submit. We highly recommend you use this instead of a paper rebate application form.
- If you installed more than one qualifying improvement for a customer, when you get to Step 2(a) you can add another purchase to the same application. This is a great time saver.
- “Air Conditioner with Natural Gas Furnace” means you installed a new AC and there is “a” furnace in the home. You aren’t applying for the furnace rebate until you add the furnace measure in Step 2(a).
- Online (digital) rebate applications ALWAYS get paid to the account holder (the person living at the address paying the Xcel Energy bill). If there is an alternate rebate recipient, you’ll need to use the traditional rebate form.
- If you don’t have a valid customer email, you can’t use the online application form.
