We love our Volunteers!

EEH celebrates National Volunteer Month.

Hospice volunteers do so much that matters. They bring the gift of caring to our patients and families by offering companionship, support and kindness.

Hospice volunteers are specially trained to meet the needs of patients, family members and caregivers. Volunteers go anywhere our patients call home including our Kanas Center for Hospice Care. They often connect with patients on a deep, personal level, and provide important insights regarding the services and care being provided to their patients.

EEH volunteers also assist at the ZInberg Family Bereavement Center, Camp Good Grief, our administrative offices, the EEH Thrift Shop, and fundraising activities.

Every volunteer is vital to East End Hospice's mission to improve lives across Eastern Long Island through expert care, comfort and compassion for terminally ill patients, caregivers and grieving families.

To our volunteers, thank you!
