Halloween Carnival Calendar

The Halloween Carnival is on October 26, 2024 from noon to 5:00 pm at the school.

October is fundraising month at Carlos Gilbert Elementary, and it’s all about you and our community coming together for one big event: the Halloween Carnival! Your participation helps us reach our goal of raising $50,000 to support enrichment programs and provide school supplies for our students and teachers.

What is the Carlos Gilbert Halloween Carnival?

Get ready for a monster-sized event: Carlos Gilbert Elementary's annual Halloween Carnival! Enjoy games, prizes, raffles, music, food, bouncy houses, a costume contest, a haunted house, and many more tricks and treats.

This fundraiser, happening on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from noon to 5pm, is your chance to make a big impact on our students and teachers. Your support helps fund essential classroom supplies, clubs, team equipment, tutoring, field trips, and enrichment programs like dance, theater, cooking, trout raising, and team-building activities.

Last year, with your help, we raised over $50,000, and we're excited to make this year's carnival even bigger and better. Don't miss out on this fun, community-driven event!

Stuffies Wanted!

You can help make the Halloween Carnival a success by donating prizes in the big box inside the school entrance!

We’re collecting:

• Gently Used Stuffed Animals (for the famous Stuffy Walk game)
• Gently Used Toys and Games
• Halloween Candy
