The weekly EEK!Blasts aim to make sure you know what's happening and how you can be part of the eek-worthy extravaganza.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 29 12-5PM

Yes, the carnival is a fundraiser that supports efforts to provide amazing opportunities and education. AND let's not forget - it's also super fun. Games! Prizes! Sweets! A DJ! The Haunted House! It's outrageous Halloween fun for people throughout our town.

And this year it's live and in person.

We get to create and enjoy this. When we all chip in a little - the fun gets bigger and bigger. Thank you for being part of the Carnival!

While each classroom takes on attractions or games, you can sign up to do whatever fits your schedule or most calls to you.

BUILD THE BASKETS!

The spouse of one lucky winner from last year reports:

The Boo Crew’s item collection deadline is Oct. 26. You can start buying raffle tickets online starting October 23. Ticket sales stay open until the drawing at 4pm Oct. 29.

So let's build these baskets!

Two ways to help build a basket:

#1 -- "Buy" an item in the PTK webshop. Our Boo Crew wizards will use those funds to purchase items to fill our brilliant baskets

AND

#2 -- Look at the themes below and decide which to pitch in on. Buy or get a donation of an item that goes with the theme and deliver to the school front desk or bring to the skeleton table out front on Wednesdays.

Cash Raffle

Yes, it's true.This is a raffle where the winners win cash. Thus the name "cash raffle." Truth in advertising! AND students and classrooms can get prizes for selling tickets. All the details here.

But you've got to be in it to win it - as a seller and as a ticket buyer. SO find your student(s) link page and send that link to everyone you know.

Wristbands and tickets at

pre-sale prices!

Get your carnival wristbands, game tickets and Sweet Shoppe tickets at early bat prices.

Online: Head to the PTK webshop to buy. Pick up your online wristband and ticket purchases at Will Call on day of event.

In-person: Friday, October 28th from 12 to 1:30 near the parent pick up location. Cash, Venmo and CC are accepted.

Prize Donations

Still collecting! We'd love gift cards, candy and new/gently used stuffies as prizes for the many games at the carnival.

Help make sure we have prizes to award to the costumed hoardes. A monstrous box is located in the lobby to gobble up all treats.

All-School Halloween Story Contest

All are invited to tell a tale that will make our skin crawl. No limits to this bone chilling request.

All ages, every class from K-6, are encouraged to write a story that will make us shiver.

Stories must be submitted by email as a document or a photo of written pages to Jana by midnight Wednesday, October 26th. Winners will be announced at the Halloween Carnival on October 29th.
