EFT is a powerful procedure used by thousands of practitioners around the world to help people find more success, fulfillment, and peace in their lives by resolving deeper underlying issues. EFT is a form of emotional acupuncture, except that instead of needles, specific meridian energy points are tapped on with fingertips while the client is "tuned in" to the problem.
