- Multiple Subsidy report
- New Hires report
- Deceased Tenant report
- No Income reports
As an added bonus, we offer pre-organized 3-ring binders (a set of two), for purchase that are already indexed for all required EIV access and authorization documents and EIV Master reports in type of report order including helpful "cheat sheets" for each type of report!
This is a great way to get organized and have consistency between properties for HUD compliance now and in the future.
The trainer is Sheila King, of Sheila King Consulting (Tacoma). Sheila has managed for HUD and USDA properties for over 28+ years. Her consulting company has been actively consulting for the affordable housing industry for over 15 years with an expertise in EIV and HUD Occupancy Compliance. Sheila is the Executive Director of AptFinder.org, and an associate member of AHMA.

Class will run from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and we will have lunch brought in (probably pizza, salads and a beverage) or you can bring your own. There will be (2) 15 minute breaks and question/answer time during the lunch hour and after class, so bring your questions and concerns!

Payment:
Sheila King Consulting is accepting credit cards through PayPal. In addition, you may mail me a check to my PO Box. You will receive an invoice when you register via email. Your registration will not be confirmed until I receive payment so please act quickly if you are mailing a check or would like a Pay Pal invoice for credit card. The classes may fill up. Refunds will only be provided if cancelled 14 days prior to the class.
