The Medical Provider just saw your patient:  60 year old male here for Stress and Irregular HR.
Patient is very anxious and upset for the long wait.
Medical Provider told the patient that he is now in Atrial Fibrillation according to his 12 Lead EKG and will need to be seen by Cardiology before he is discharged.
When you checked in the patient you did not see Atrial Fibrillation on the Monitor
