While rounding on a 72-year-old female patient who is Post-op day 1 Hip Surgery: Heart monitor shows Normal Sinus & Vitals are stable. Patient is Pain free. 
The patient suddenly complains of Epigastric pain,
she is pale, diaphoretic and vomits.  
You look up at the Monitor & it shows B/P has dropped, and shows the following EKG.
