ELG 40 UNDER 40 ANNOUNCES NEW SELECTION COMMITTEE
Cross-section of industry executives to help identify next generation leaders with Emerging Leaders of Gaming
LAS VEGAS – The Innovation Group (TIG) and Global Gaming Business magazine (GGB) – organizers of the Emerging Leaders of Gaming (ELG) 40 Under 40 program – have named the following individuals to its new Selection Committee, which will identify honorees from an industrywide nomination process.
Justin Carter, Senior Vice President, Regional Operations, PENN Entertainment
Nearly 20 years ago, Carter began his career in gaming as a President’s Associate at Caesars Entertainment. He is responsible for the Southern Region Operations and serves as Diversity Chair at PENN Entertainment. Justin is a past honoree of the ELG 40 Under 40 now serving on the Emerging Leaders of Gaming Advisory Board.
Kirsten Clark, Executive Director, International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA)
Clark has served as executive director of IAGA for nearly a decade, after many years on the supplier-side of gaming. She is a member of the Advisory Board of the National Council on Problem Gambling and an adjunct professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).
Alex Dixon, President & CEO, Q Casino and DRA
As head of DRA, Dixon leads one of only two gaming organizations in the U.S. established and run for the benefit of a local government entity. Among numerous business and volunteer positions, he is a member of the board of directors of the American Gaming Association and International Center for Responsible Gaming (ICRG), and co-founder and co-chair of African Americans in Gaming.
Daron Dorsey, Executive Director, Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM)
Dorsey is a trusted legal advisor in gaming with experience serving as outside and in-house counsel, including in senior leadership positions. He is a member of the ICRG board of directors and several leadership boards at UNLV.
Alan Feldman, Distinguished Fellow in Responsible Gaming, International Gaming Institute at UNLV
Feldman is an internationally respected figure in responsible gaming and Chair Emeritus of ICRG. He was appointed to his position at UNLV after a long and distinguished career in public affairs with MGM Resorts and Mirage Resorts.
Kelly Hatch, Executive Director, Global Gaming Women (GGW)
As executive director of GGW, Hatch represents nearly 7,000 women across the international gaming industry, driving educational, networking and mentorship opportunities in support of their development.
Sheila Morago, COO and Partner, Trilogy Group
A respected and knowledge expert on tribal gaming, Morago has supported Indian Gaming through association and consulting work for three decades. She is an enrolled member of the Gila River Indian Reservation in Arizona.

Nominations for the ELG 40 Under 40 are open through August 1. Individuals named to the list will be recognized during an event at Global Gaming Expo (G2E) this October and individually profiled in GGB throughout the following year. The ELG 40 Under 40 is sponsored by AGEM, IAGA, and Regulatory Management Counselors, and is supported by G2E.
