Two New Arizona State Election Laws

Prior to Election Day - July 21

Bring your sealed early (mail-in) ballot in the green affidavit envelope to a Vote Center,

check in and provide proof of your identity, put in ballot drop box.

On Election Day,

Bring in your sealed early (mail-in) ballot, check-in, show proof of your identity,

and then tabulate your ballot in the on-site tabulator programmed

specifically to tabulate Early Ballots.

All ballots tabulated at a Vote Center are included in Election Night Results.

Primary Election Deadlines:

  • June 6, 2026 – Military and Overseas ballots mailed
  • June 22, 2026 – Voter registration deadline
  • June 24, 2026 – Ballots mailed and early voting begins
  • July 10, 2026 – Last day to request a replacement ballot by mail
  • July 14, 2026 – Last day to mail back your ballot
  • July 21, 2026 – Election Day!
