Cooper, an 11 year old from Johnston, IL, wished for a family trip to Universal Studios.

Cooper and his family travelled to Orlando in August and had one ELLE of a great time.

Cooper highlighted some of his favorite moments in the thank you to ELLE:

"Thank you Elle Foundation for granting me the one Elle of a Harry Potter Universal Adventure wish!  I had so much fun in Florida with my family. It was great to have a vacation so that all my family (Mom, Dad and older brothers) could all be together having fun. My favorite activity was when I got to go to Ollivander’s Wand shop and Mr. Ollivander helped me chose my wand. I also had the best time on the rides—I got to ride SO MANY rides. My top 3 favorite were Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit, Jurassic World VelociCoaster and Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey.  We also got to ride on some cool water rides and we all got really wet.  I am so glad that I got to go on this trip and am really happy that Elle made it so special for me and my family."

Alivia, a 14 year old from Plymouth, MN, wished for a swimming pool so she can sit with her friends and family and relax.

Alivia and her family kept ELLE up to date on the progress of the pool and sent us several notes:

"Alivia was so excited to hear about picking out a pool float! She said “Aww! That’s so nice! They already got us they pool and they want to send more?!” We are so grateful for your generosity!

She thought this style would be fun and nice to relax in!

Maddox, an 11 year old from McMinnville, OR, originally wished for a San Diego zoo trip, unfortunately he is not able to travel and wished for a Skytech Shadow Gaming PC so he can stay connected with his friends and enjoy gaming with them.

From Maddox's mother: Wow thank you so much. His eyes lit up and he got so excited. He was half asleep when I told him and he is wide awake now. I couldn't wait to tell him. Thank you for making this wish happen for him.

From Maddox: Thank you for granting me this wish. It was important to me because I get to play games with my friends and have fun. I plan on gaming with friends. This wish has brought so much joy to my life.

The first annual OINJ Charity Golf Outing was held Monday, July 10, 2023, at the Panther Valley Golf and Country Club located in Allamuchy Township, NJ.

Sponsored by The Orthopedic Institute of New Jersey, this event, spearheaded by the grandparents of Wish Child Jaxson, featured a welcome lunch, 18 hole golf play and awards dinner, with challenges including Hole in One and Putting Contest, plus raffles and a 50/50.
