REMINDER: CQI Award Opportunity

Eligible STAR 2, 3, & 4 providers should have received their CQI Award Letters. Providers need to review the letter, complete the accept/decline section, sign, and return to the ELRC by February 15, 2024. If you have questions, please contact your Quality Coach.
